As part of PT Ayo Lintas Manajemen group of businesses, AYO Travel also provides event management services, training and people development, corporate team building, as well as MICE (meetings, incentives, conference, and exhibition).
Some of our most recent projects include works with various government offices such as The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Ministry of Cooperative and Small/Medium Enterprises, The Ministry of Communication and Information, The Ministry of Religious Affairs, The Ministry of Tourism, The National Central Library of The Republic of Indonesia, and The Provincial Government of West Java.
- Logistic Services Provider for AKMI (Asesmen Kompetensi Madrasah Indonesia) or Assessment of Competence for Indonesian Islamic Schools. We assist with provisions of airline tickets and accommodation for over 250 participants and spokespersons to travel with national coverage for the series of events in a period of August to November 2023. This task is commissioned by our partner assigned as the official LSP by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Republic of Indonesia.
- Socialization of Regulations for Strategic Small/Micro Enterprises and Formalization of Small/Micro Enterprises by the Ministry of Cooperative and Small/Medium Enterprises, The Republic of Indonesia. These activities are organized from June 2023 to November 2023.
- FEALAC Youth Summit 2023: Contributions for Climate Actions (Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation) in Bandung, July 2023. This event was organized by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Republic of Indonesia & the Regional Government of the Province of West Java.
- MSO (Melbourne Symphony Orchestra) Youth Music Camp, Performing Arts Management Workshop & Collaboration Concert in Bandung, May 2023. Organized by the Regional Province of West Java & the State of Victoria, Australia.
- DTE (Digital Transformation Expo), side event at the G20 Summit in Bali, November 2022. Organized by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Republic of Indonesia.
- Logistic Services Provider for the National Central Library Share Holder Meeting in Jakarta, October 2022. Organized by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. We assisted the provision of airline tickets and accommodation for over 300 participants and spokespersons to travel from 34 provinces in Indonesia to attend a Share Holder Meeting in Jakarta.
